PALM VILLA RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING
Please complete the booking form and return it together with your reservation deposit to the address below. Telephone reservations will be held for seven days pending receipt of the completed booking form and deposit. On receipt of your completed form and deposit, your reservation will be confirmed by the issuing of an invoice for the remaining amount due, and the date by which this should be paid. The signing of the booking form by the party leader confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of villa rental by all members of the party.
Any balance of rental due must be paid by no later than ten weeks before departure. If booking is made within ten weeks of departure the full payment must be made at the time of booking. Late payment of the final balance due may incur a surcharge.
The owners reserve the ability to re-let any rental period which has not been fully paid ten weeks prior to departure.
If after initial booking, the client wishes to change the dates of their villa rental, the owners reserve the right to make a small charge for administration, should the date change be possible.

RENTAL CHARGES
The villa rental is priced in Pounds Sterling per week, (7 nights). Occupancy may commence at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and guests must vacate the villa by 10.00am on the day of departure. The rental charge includes electricity, (except pool heating which is an optional extra), water, full air conditioning, telephone, cable television and cleaning, (see below). Two sets of bed linen and towels are provided.
A thorough clean of the villa is carried out before and after each occupancy.

OCCUPANCY
Florida law requires that anyone under the age of 18 years occupying the property must be accompanied by an adult.
The villa must not be sub-let and only persons listed on the booking form may be permitted to stay at the premises. No single sex groups will be accepted.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit against loss or damage must be paid with the final rental balance. The entrance key, villa address, directions to the villa and helpful hints will be sent to you two weeks before departure provided all amounts due have been received. The security deposit will be refunded once we have confirmation from our agent that the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition, (normally within three weeks of your return).

CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation for any reason the party leader must notify us in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 10 weeks before departure Deposit only
6 to 10 weeks before departure 50% of rental
4 to 6 weeks before departure 75% of rental
Less than 4 weeks before departure 100% of rental

LIABILITY
No claim for liability may be made on the owner or managing agent for accident loss or injury howsoever caused to any party member or person visiting the villa or any part of the property. We strongly advise an all inclusive holiday insurance cover for all members of the party.
